Our Moonstone™ diatomite mats are non-slip, highly absorbent, and dry in just a few seconds, which greatly reduces the risk of slipping. The surface stays stable even when wet, offering optimal safety for kids running around after a bath or seniors who need a dry, secure floor.

We don’t add any dyes or extra substances to our diatomaceous earth, keeping its natural color. However, because of its light shade, it can stain when exposed to dirt or darker liquids.

If you notice reduced absorption, lightly sand the surface with the sandpaper provided and wipe off the dust with a damp cloth.

Please flip your product over for a while so it can return to its original flat shape.

To treat embedded stains on your Moonstone™ diatomite stones, slightly dampen the surface and gently rub with the provided sandpaper to effectively remove marks.

Moonstone™ uses the 3D Secure verification system randomly on certain transactions to improve payment security and prevent fraud. This process may require you to confirm your identity by entering a one-time code provided by your bank during payment.

No worries. If you’re not home when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox. You can then reschedule a new delivery or pick up the package at the post office of your choice, usually the one closest to your delivery address.

Customers living in Switzerland or in countries outside Europe may be subject to import fees.

We cover return costs if the product is defective. However, if you return a product for personal reasons, return shipping will be at your expense. Make sure to return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please contact Julia by email at hello@moon-stone.co. We’ll send you the steps to follow. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

We do not offer exchanges due to logistical and sanitary restrictions. However, you will be refunded for the item you return. To get another product, you’ll need to place a new order.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and return your product(s).

Yes, our Moonstone™ products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing or raw material defects when used properly. The warranty starts from the delivery date. It does not apply in cases of misuse, improper handling, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear.

⚠️ Since absorption performance may decrease over time with use, we guarantee your Moonstone™ mat for one year. Made from fossilized natural materials, the Moonstone™ mat is not designed to last forever, and it’s normal to replace it after some time.
